We (INGKA) is implementing a New payment factory, new technology platform for finance and procurement operations replacing a substantial part of our Finance Legacy with SAP S4/HANA.
We will Integrating with 68 retail and fulfilment solutions and set up Set up of finance data layer. We are implementing 4 end to end processes for transactional flows, finance information and money.

Drive and execute the Project to define and implement the end to end support model for BOT post go-live. The project will involve all necessary parties and elements to provide a seamless and transparent support to BOT users, covering both the business support as well as application maintenance and digital operations. This will be done in close cooperation with the organizations of Ingka Group Digital, Ingka GBO and Business Operations Transformation which you will be a part of.
Develop the plan for the support model implementation
Coordinate all parties across streams in BOT and Digital to deliver the project according to agreed scope, quality and timeline.
Flag any potential deviations from agreed timelines or quality levels as per the Governance.
First escalation point for the System Implementation partner.
Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks and issues.
Manage dependencies and interfaces between streams and teams into the project.
Making recommendations to reduce and manage risk and resource modelling for Post Go Live activities and heading up all post go live global and local management reporting / KPIs and exit criteria.
Strong ‘hands on’ experience project management (min. 7 years)
Experience setting up an end-to-end support model in the context of a large-scale SAP global rollout (business and technology components such as business support, application maintenance and operations)
Experience in driving projects in a complex business and technical environment
Experience in managing all post go-live incidents and service requests across processes in SAP and Legacy
IKEA knowledge a plus!
Qualifications and skills:
SAP a must. SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba a plus.
Strong communication and decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting needs.
Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
Digital support model, application maintenance and digital operations solid knowledge.
